With an innate ability to discover superior talent and unique and compelling characters, Allie loves uncovering hidden gems and bringing them into the spotlight. She most recently worked as a Casting Producer for Season 14 of NBC'S AMERICA'S GOT TALENT and also worked as a talent scout and casting consultant for ABC'S AMERICAN IDOL Season 2 and 3. Allie has also worked on casting projects for Blumhouse Productions, The Walt Disney Company and NBC's The Voice.
